Sausage Enchilada Dip
A little spicy, a lot creamy, all good.

Ingredients
- 1 can Rotel with green chiles
- 2 8 oz packages cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 lb mild ground sausage
- 2-1/2 tbsp Chicken Enchilada Soup Mix
Directions
- Brown sausage in a skillet. Drain well.
- Combine remaining ingredients in a slow cooker and cook on low 4 hours (2 hours on high).
- Serve as a dip with tortilla chips or a fondue with bread.
