Sausage Enchilada Dip

A little spicy, a lot creamy, all good.

Ingredients

  • 1 can Rotel with green chiles
  • 2 8 oz packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 lb mild ground sausage
  • 2-1/2 tbsp Chicken Enchilada Soup Mix

Directions

  1. Brown sausage in a skillet. Drain well.
  2. Combine remaining ingredients in a slow cooker and cook on low 4 hours (2 hours on high).
  3. Serve as a dip with tortilla chips or a fondue with bread.
