Potato Salad
Walt’s moderenized version of Grandma Viefhaus’s German recipe

Ingredients
- 5 lbs. red potatoes, cubed into bite-sized pieces
- 1 cup diced green onions
- 1 cup chopped celery
- 1 lb. thick sliced bacon
- 16 oz. Marzetti Slaw Dressing
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- Boil potatoes until tender but not too soft, about 25 minutes. Allow to cool.
- While potatoes are cooking, cook the bacon.
- Combine all ingredients and chill. For best results, make at least 12 hours before serving.
