Kevin's Five Bean Chili
It’s chili, need I say more?

Ingredients
- 1.5 lbs lean ground beef (90%)
- 1 15oz can kidney beans
- 1 15oz can pinto beans
- 1 15oz can black beans
- 1 15oz can great northern beans
- 1 15oz can Brooks “Chili Hot Beans”
- 1 15oz can diced tomatoes
- 1 30oz can tomato puree
- 1 green bell pepper, diced
- 1 medium yellow or white onion, diced
- 1 tsp salt, to taste
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 2 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp black pepper, ground fresh
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
Directions
- Brown beef with onions and peppers, 10-15 minutes
- Add bean, tomato puree, and diced tomatoes
- Mix in spices thoroughly
- Simmer 15-20 minutes
Substitute 0.25 lbs of each type if using dry beans.
